1. Where is Crook Optics LLC based out of?

Crook Optics is based out of Fairbanks, Alaska and is planning on moving to Colorado in summer 2018.

2. Can I get a job with Crook Optics?

At this time we currently do not have any open positions within our company, however keep your eyes out because one could be opening up!

3. Does Crook Optics have a Sponsorship program?

Yes, Crook Optics has two sponsorship programs. Our Crook Optics team and our grassroots program. Submit your best 45-60 second edit as well as any competition history, 3 photos and the links to your social media pages to jvarner.crookoptics@gmail.com and title the subject line "Sponsorship".

4. Where are Crook Optics eye wear products made?

Currently we manufacture all of our goggles and other eye wear in mainland China.

5. How does Crook Optics ensure that each product meets its high standard of quality?

Crook Optics has personnel that personally inspect each product before it ships to you, we make sure that the product works and is not damaged in anyway. So you don't have anything to worry about we will ensure we only send out the highest quality! 

6. What should I do if I experience shipping delays/ issues?

If you experience any shipping delays or issues please contact our sales department via email or phone and we will help you out as soon as possible.

7. Can I order and ship products internationally? 

Yes, Crook Optics does allow orders to be placed and products to be shipped internationally. We offer a flat rate shipping on all international orders of $20

8. Can I ship to a P.O. box?

Crook Optics does not currently ship to P.O. boxes

9. What should I do if I experience an error while ordering my product?

Please contact Crook Optics Customer Service as soon as you realize the issue happens.

11. Can I use paypal to place my order? 

Yes, Crook Optics accepts paypal as well as all major credit cards.

12. How can I check the status of my order? 

We will email you the tracking information of your order as soon as it ships.

13. What is Crook Optics return policy?

Crook Optics excepts returns for up to 90 days after the original purchase. That being said you must return all the original packing materials, the product in 100% resalable condition, and provide proof of original purchase.

14. Does Crook Optics provide a Warranty? 

Crook Optics provides a lifetime warranty on all of our products, this covers magnets falling off of our goggles, the foam around the frame getting ripped off, and any major lens damage (lens chipping, snapping, DOES NOT include scratch protection).

15. Can I put other companies lenses into Crook Optics products?

The replacement of non-Crook lenses will void our warranty. 

16. Can I purchase a frame separate from a lens?

No, Crook Optics does not currently offer frames separate from lenses.

17. What are your U.S shipping fees?

$10 flat rate on all products shipping within the  U.S.A.

18. Where do I ship my return or exchange?
